Sony Confirms September 2024 PlayStation State of Play Featuring Updates on 20+ Games

Sony has officially revealed that its next PlayStation State of Play is set for Tuesday, September 24 at 3pm PT. The event will provide updates on over 20 titles and comes just ahead of the Tokyo Game Show, where the PlayStation 5 Pro will be publicly shown for the first time. Sony mentioned that the stream will run for over 30 minutes and will be broadcast on its Twitch and YouTube channels, as well as IGN’s platforms.

While the presentation will primarily focus on previously announced games and the PS5 Pro, there’s potential for surprise announcements. Looking back at previous events, such as the reveal of Tekken 8 during the September State of Play two years ago, fans can expect a similar mix of updates and potential new reveals.
