Konami Confirms Metal Gear Solid Master Collection Vol. 2, But the Game Lineup Remains Unknown

Konami has confirmed Metal Gear Solid Master Collection Vol. 2 is in development, but the games included are still unknown. Following last year's release of Vol. 1 on modern consoles and PC, a second volume was expected.

In a video about the Metal Gear Solid 3 remake, producer Noriaki Okamura briefly addressed Vol. 2, acknowledging the issues with Vol. 1’s launch and reassuring fans that the team is working to avoid repeating them. However, he asked for patience as they take their time on the new release.

While Okamura didn't confirm the lineup, he previously hinted that Metal Gear Solid 4 might be included. So far, MGS 4 has only been available on PlayStation 3. Other likely candidates are Metal Gear Solid V (Ground Zeroes and The Phantom Pain) and the HD version of Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker. However, Konami has yet to officially announce the titles for Vol. 2.
